As the trailer is backed down the ramp and is partially submerged, these 40" tall boat trailer guide-ons, which are mounted at the rear corners of the frame, remain above the water line. This provides two visual targets to guide your boat safely while loading. The CE Smith boat trailer guides feature LED post lights for visibility even in darkness, making it easier for you to load your boat at night and in inclement weather. For additional safety, the lighted posts enable other drivers to see your trailer when you're on the road. These durable pre-galvanized steel support posts are easy to install. Just mount each horizontally on top of or below your trailer's frame rail. Slide the posts into the boat guide supports and secure the posts so that the distance between them correctly matches the width of your boat.
