We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Wholesale Marine does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Email Promotions / Coupon Codes

Email Promotional codes (FreeShipping,Free Gifts, Discounts,etc) can not be combined with any other offer or added to any previous order. All coupon codes are for future purchases only. Coupon Codes and Email Promotions are all single use per customer unless otherwise stated. All codes must be submitted online at the time of check out. Free Shipping or Upgraded Shipping is not valid on orders shipping to AK,HI, or Canada/International. Product Restrictions apply IE. Security

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Sales Tax

If your state requires sales tax for online purchases, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax on your Wholesale Marine order.

If you or your business are tax-exempt, please contact customer service at 1-877-388-2628 prior to placing your order. You will need to send the appropriate tax forms to sales@wholesalemarine.com and create an account on wholesalemarine.com. Your account will be flagged appropriately so sales tax is not applied

We are unable to refund sales tax once an order is placed.

Returns

Wholesale Marine will gladly refund or exchange most merchandise for any reason within 90 days from original purchase date. To return, just send merchandise prepaid in its original unused condition with a copy of the original invoice. We will then exchange the merchandise or refund the merchandise amount by the original payment method. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. All items returned in a non-re-sellable condition, or with missing parts will be charged a restocking fee upon inspection at Wholesale Marine's discretion. There are no returns for special order items, electronics, cut lengths of material or hazardous materials, such as, but not limited to, paint, oil, resins and adhesives.

Boat Cover Returns

Boat covers are custom made at the manufacturer's factory for each boat size as well as customer's choice of material and color. Therefore, a 20% manufacturer restocking fee may apply for all returns except for errors made by the manufacturer or Wholesale Marine.

Because boat covers are custom made, there will be a $25-$50 fee for any boat cover order cancellation after 1 business day of purchase, as the cover has already gone into production.

Shipping

Wholesale Marine currently ships all merchandise FedEx, USPS or truck freight. All orders with in-stock items placed by 4:00 PM EST Monday – Friday are shipped that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday and orders place on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

FedEx Smart Post uses the United States Postal Service for final delivery and is not a guaranteed service. Allow a minimum of 1-3 additional days for delivery.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualifying for free shipping may be shipped via FedEx or USPS at our discretion. Free shipping offers are only valid within the continental U.S.
