Shipping Policy

Orders submitted by 4PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped same day. Same day shipping does not apply toward any items that require freight shipping, items that are special order items, or items that require special handling. Please note that the Same Day Shipping countdown is an estimate and assumes users’ computer time is accurate.

Truck freight items ship same day on orders placed by 2PM EST. We do not supply any additional services with the freight companies. Any additional services that your request from the freight company will be your responsibility to pay for (i.e. we don’t pay for a lift gate). When the freight company contacts your for delivery you will need to work out any special details at that time.

**Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are exempt from Free Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping. All shipping methods are live UPS Rates for Expedited Delivery Options and outside the 48 states.

Free Standard Shipping

• Does not apply to Alaska & Hawaii
• Most orders ship within 24 hours
• Will arrive in 4 to 8 business days

Ground Shipping

• Residential/Business delivery in 1-5 days for $9.99
• Please see chart below for estimated delivery to your area

Please note that items shipped directly from the manufacturer may not quality for expedited ground shipping.

2nd Day and Overnight Shipping

• In-stock orders placed before 4PM EST will ship same day and arrive the 2nd or next business day
• 2nd Day and Overnight shipping charges will be calculated during checkout
• A street address is required for all shipments
• Certain items may not quality for air express shipping
• We do not refund shipping charges
• Saturday delivery is available – call customer service for details 1-877-388-2628

Additional Information - Alaska and Hawaii

• Please allow 3-15 business days for shipments to these areas
• Exempt from any free shipping offer

International and Canada Shipping

• Currently we do not ship to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands
• Canada shipping charges are dependent upon weight and dimensions of the package(s)
• Any additional brokerage, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
