Good Friday morning.  I just wanted to send an email regarding a recent parts order with Wholesale Marine.  I had ordered some parts to repair the outdrive on my houseboat and all but one part was shipped.  I am not a marine mechanic, but learned the frustrations of what they must go through in attempting to find parts.  Anyway, I chased this one part all over the country (literally) and either they didn't have it, didn't recognize the part number (DUH), or couldn't ship it.  Then I found Morgan (gosh, I hope I got her name right) at WM.  She recognized a good part number, had it in stock and went above and beyond to ensure that it shipped the same day.  Oh, and I didn't give her much time, as I was calling at about 4:15!  I received the part yesterday and it was installed by my mechanic last night.  I now only need one source for parts for my boat and everybody in my marina will also know who to call when they need exemplary customer service by true marine professionals!
