The Hyperlite Capitol is a beginner board designed to offer a stable but exhilarating ride The Blended 3-Stage Rocker offers massive but consistent pop off the wake time after time. The exit channels feature a sharp edge to deliver speed with clean releases from the wake. A dual concave base running through the body of the board maintains speed while carving on approach to the wakeline. By keeping the swing weight at a minimum the Capitol allows for ultra smooth transitioning.
