Mercury Force Graphite Gray Engine Paint 12oz.

Mercury OEM enamel spray paint for Force engines. These paint colors are custom matched to factory Force engines. Mercury enamel spray paints leave a high gloss finish and are fast to dry.

Color: Graphite Gray - for all Force and Tracker Outboards with dark gray hoods, 1997 and older.

How to Apply Mercury Force Engine Paint:

For best results, use when air and can temperature is between 50°F and 80°F and humidity is 60% or less. Avoid spraying in very windy or dusty conditions. cover surrounding area to protect from spray mist.

Dry Time (to touch): 20 Minutes

Dry Time (full cure): 24 Hours

Prepare surface by priming with Mercury Light Gray Primer (92-802878-52).
Wipe surface lightly with tack cloth to remove sanding particles and dust.
Shake can well for one minute after mixing ball begins to rattle. Shake often during use.
Hold can upright 8-10" from surface and apply thin, even coats using a steady, uniform back and forth motion.
Keep the can in motion while spraying and release button after each stroke.
Apply second coat within 1 hour or after 24 hours.
Apply Mercury Clear Coat (92-802878-53) 30 minutes after base color has been applied.
