Sea Hawk S-90 De-Waxing Etch & Cleaner

The Sea Hawk S-90 De-Waxing Etch & Cleaner is a water-based de-wax etch and cleaner. Made in a concentrated formula that provides deep penetrating and lifting action for removal of tough surface contaminants. Its penetrating action works on oil residues, wax, mold spores, and surface soiling contaminants. This water-based cleaner is safer to use than petroleum-based products and lifts tough contaminants with minimal labor. S-90 promotes good adhesion for primers and antifoulants.

How to Use Sea Hawk S-90 De-Waxing Etch & Cleaner:

General Cleaning:

• Apply generously with a cloth towel and gently rub to remove contaminants.
• Rinse away with clean water.

De-Waxing with Etch:

• Apply a thick wet coat by china bristle brush, solvent, resistant roller cover 3/8" nap.
• Use Scotch-Brite 7447 pad in circular motions to get enough scratch to the surface before the primer or antifoulant.
• Allow the product to work for 3-5 minutes.
• Rinse away with clean water.
